MIKE OSBOURNE
Michael Osborne is a seasoned construction professional with a proven track record in leadership, communication, and process improvement. With a meticulous attention to detail and a self-starter attitude, Michael consistently delivers results, excelling in both verbal and written communication. A true advocate for teamwork and problem-solving, he serves as a vital liaison between the field and key stakeholders, including management, engineers, government officials, and owners.
As the owner of a construction field school, Michael brings a wealth of experience from residential, industrial, and commercial construction sectors. In his current role, he oversees the development and management of comprehensive field training programs, focusing on company standards, effective communication, and operational excellence. He has developed and implemented schedule logic modules for short interval and master schedules, ensuring seamless communication across all project parties. His efforts have led to significant improvements in training delivery, employee relations, and talent management.
Michael is also an experienced instructor in instructional design, organizational development, and safety, holding certifications such as OSHA 500/510. He is an OSHA outreach trainer for OSHA 10 and 30 courses and serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NCCER across various disciplines. His commitment to safety and quality is evident through his work in developing Job site Hazard Analyses, conducting safety orientations, and inspecting project work for compliance and quality assurance.
